AOI Prize for Illustration 2015 entry

I have just submitted my entry to the fabulous illustration competition The Prize for Illustration 2015 organized by AOI - The Association of Illustrators  and London Transport Museum. The theme this year is London Places and Spaces.

The caption I wrote for my illustration was "The most romantic place in London. South Bank on a winter's evening. The hum of the city, the horn of a passing river bus and a view that makes the heart swell."  

I do love the Thames and will miss it when returning soon to Australia. We are near the Thames in Twickenham where there are small pleasure boats and boat builders, cafes and pubs with long walks along the river banks.
